How to choose the right class for yourself?

If you are familiar with yoga, you are welcome to start with any class you like.

If you are new to yoga or have a history of any injuries, I would suggest 2 classes as starting points: Therapeutic yoga and Restorative yoga. You can slowly ease into the other classes as and when you feel ready. Email me at Ritu.Kapur@Sohum.org with any questions or the zoom link for your first complimentary class
